Why Sponsor an Artist for FORM? The idea behind FORM is to give emerging Atlanta creatives the opportunity to come together and show the world their work and ideas through a published medium. By supporting local artists, designers, and photographers you're aiding artistic awareness which enriches our community with all the “forms” that make Atlanta an amazing place to live/create/be. Support an Artist and Artistic Independence 2008!
There are four levels of sponsorship to offer and each donation of $25 covers the cost of a page in FORM for the artist you choose to sponsor.
Level 1 Sponsorship
A Sponsorship of $25 ensures that your name or company’s name will be printed in the Acknowledgements Section.
Level 2 Sponsorship
A Sponsorship of $50 ensures that your name or company’s name will be printed in the Acknowledgements Section next to your Logo and Web Address.
Level 3 Sponsorship
A Sponsorship of $100 ensures that your name or company’s name will be printed in the Acknowledgements Section next to your Logo and Web Address. Your company name will also appear in a separate Special Thanks section and will include the text “Special Thanks to YOU OR YOUR COMPANY NAME for their contributions to the Atlanta arts scene.”
Level 4 Sponsorship
A Sponsorship of $200 ensures that your name or company’s name will be printed in the Acknowledgements Section next to your Logo and Web Address. Your company name will also appear in a separate Special Thanks section and will include the text “Special Thanks to YOUR NAME OR COMPANY NAME for their contributions to the Atlanta arts scene. Your company’s logo will be twice the size of lower level sponsors and will include web address, physical address, and contact information.
